Subscriptions and billing
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's store settings:
- iPhone / iPad — Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Android — Google Play Store → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Refunds for App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Refunds for Google Play purchases: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Missing coins, subscription, or artwork
Open the Profile screen and tap "Restore Purchases" to re-sync your entitlements with the store. If that does not resolve it, email us with your device model and the approximate time of purchase, and we will investigate.
Trouble with AI generation
Some prompts may be blocked by safety filters. Try rephrasing your idea in simpler or more concrete terms. If you see repeated errors, email us the exact prompt that failed and we will look into it.
Requesting or deleting your data
To request a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email sfumisupport@gmail.com with "Data request" in the subject line. See section 7 of our Privacy Policy for what to include and our response timeline.
